Experience IT - a siemens conference 2009 will take place from November 10 - 11, 2009, at the conference center of the Hotel Loipersdorf Spa & Conference.

The hotel is nestled in the hills of the Styrian spa region and surrounded by pumpkin fields, wine and fruit orchards. It offers an innovative mix, consisting of both conference hotel elements and exclusive and revitalizing spa facilities.

Participants to the conference arriving by plane and landing either in Vienna Schwechat or Graz Thalerhof will be offered a free of charge shuttle service. We therefore kindly request that you submit your flight data when registering. The data can of course also be added after registration by means of your personal registration code.

Registration / Change in Plans

Registering for Experience IT - a siemens conference will be carried out exclusively over the Internet. Registration ends on October 23, 2009.

We kindly request that you submit changes in plans or cancellations by October 30, 2009, per mail (experienceIT.at@siemens.com) or under +43 51707-76157.

Changes or the subsequent submission of your flight data can be carried out at any time with your personal registration code via the registration website.

Dress Code

We recommend "business casual" for the entire duration of the conference.

Hotel

We have reserved a certain amount of rooms at five hotels in Loipersdorf. When registering, please enter the information on whether you will be requiring a hotel room or not. We will subsequently submit your personal hotel reservation with all relevant information on the hotel.
A shuttle bus service is in place between the accommodation hotels and the venue for the conference.

Prices

Participating in Experience IT - a siemens conference is free of charge. Due to compliance guidelines we are allowed to cover the accommodation costs (for the duration of the conference) for participants of the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Slowakia, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary and Turkey.
Travel costs are to be borne by participants themselves.
